About Us

BTC is a family owned and operated business headquartered in the Panama City  Area. Carl W. Davis, founder and President, has worked in the telecommunications  industry since 1972. He returned to the Panama City  area in 1982 and started BTC with a handful of local contracts.  BTC has since expanded to provide complete CATV construction,  fiber optic construction, HDD/directional drilling, HDPE pipe fusion, and natural gas construction.

Today Carl’s oldest son John runs the day to day operations and his youngest son Matthew is a key member of the HDD division. The rest of BTC’s management team is  highly dedicated and has been a part of the BTC family for an average of  16 years.
